Stunning Ophelia cocktail ring hadmade in solid 18ct yellow gold set with a cabochone rubellite measuring 11mm long two brilliant cut diamonds weighing .26ct in total G colour si clarity. A round cut pink sapphire and ruby each weighing .04ct.
